We would like to introduce a case where automatic parts supply in the "Screw and Small Parts Inspection Device" has achieved 24-hour operation. To accommodate hollow sets and cut bolts that are difficult to transport due to the absence of a head, we developed a robot-based image recognition inspection machine that places screws on a flat pallet for identification.
